Are your rentals clean?
Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that everyone plays in a clean, well
maintained safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it is then inspected to ensure cleanliness.
How far in advance should you book your services?
It's best to book as early as possible, ideally 6 months in advance, to ensure availability and selection for the product you prefer. However you can always see if there is any availability last minute!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, all orders require a $50 non refundable deposit. This goes towards your total price.
Does the price include set up and delivery fee?
Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept many forms of payment including Credit/Debit, Cash, Zelle, Venmo and Apple Pay.
What surfaces do you set up
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
